Initial Challenges

The initial challenge involved the strategic and operational supervision of the merger between a formerly independent Dutch foundation (30 staff) and the large internationally operating umbrella organisation (350 staff worldwide). This required a re-organisation (shrinkage) with new positions, dismissal, retraining and redeployment of staff to other organisations.

Our Approach

We focused on adapting the existing organisation to the new structure and incorporating the competencies of the people within it. Our methods included a Growth Mindset, Agile Project Management, and the Seven "S" Model to ensure a smooth transition and maximise value.
